Smart Router

The Smart Router is a key component in Pinnako's product documentation, designed to intelligently route trades to the appropriate liquidity engines in order to optimize efficiency and performance. By determining the best route for each trade, the Smart Router enhances the trading experience, balances the utilization of engines, and allows for seamless integration of additional trading engines. This, in turn, expands market variety and availability.

Pinnako leverages the unique advantages of both the PLP-β (Multi-Asset Liquidity) and PLP-α (Synthetic Liquidity) models by executing trades through the Smart Router. Popular tokens, such as BTC, ETH, and other top coins, are managed by the PLP-β Pool, while trending altcoins, Forex, indices, and stocks are handled by the PLP-α Pool. This approach allows Pinnako to offer a diverse range of markets while retaining the option to enable real yield through the 'crypto index product'.

All trades are executed via the Smart Router, which automatically directs users to the appropriate engine before initiating a trade. This ensures an efficient and seamless trading experience for Pinnako's users.
